   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   I want my production superset instance to be 100% managed in code, so I need to be able to not only create and update db/datasets/charts/dashboards but also remove items no longer present in the import.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Be able to provide a flag to the `import-directory` command to remove anything that is no present in the import data.
