   interesting fact:
   this line:
   `/opt/bookkeeper/bin/bookkeeper org.apache.zookeeper.ZooKeeperMain -server ${BK_zkServers} create -e ${BK_CLUSTER_ROOT_PATH}/bkInitLock`
   
   results in:
   
   > Created /bkInitLock
   
   so it seems that the ${BK_CLUSTER_ROOT_PATH} evaluates to empty string, like ${BK_metadataServiceUri}
   
   but ${BK_zkServers}  is working as expected
