Update on the status of the Apollo experiment.

Hi everyone.

I have been beavering away on a new experimental broker architecture
for possible use in ActiveMQ 6.x.  The results are looking promising.
I've pushed all my changes into
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/activemq/sandbox/activemq-apollo-actor

The more info can be found in the readme file which github displays nicely:

It's still a bit rough around the edges, but I was hoping to invite
folks to review and comment if you guys had time.
