Hmmm... I appreciate your contribution, but an Apache mirror could use a 
substantial portion of that 1Mbps.  Considering that we already have many 
reliable US mirrors, I am very reluctant to add one that may be pushing 
its bandwidth allocation.  (Our preference is certainly for a few reliable 
mirrors over many less-reliable mirrors.)

So I think we'll pass on this mirror.  But thanks again.
