[PR] fix:Solve some problems before release. [dubbo-kubernetes]

## What is the purpose of the change
resolve bugs:
1. Instance page. Hide the registration time and label columns in the table.（todo:4）
2. Instance details page: 1. Clicking on "Belonging application" cannot jump; 2. Hide the registration time.(todo:5)
3. Service > Distribution page, hide the label column in the table and fill in the number of instances.(todo:6)
4. Service > Debug page, hide it.(todo:7)
5. Conditional routing > New/Edit page (todo:7)
6. The display status of the tag routing list is incorrect.(todo:13)
## Brief changelog
Resolve some bugs and optimize some experiences.
