UnixWare support for Apache

I have been informed that Apache 1.0.0 won't compile on UnixWare 2.x.
I have also been informed that we at Telebase have no further upgrade
plans for UnixWare here, and will be phasing it out ASAP. Perhaps it is
time to look for someone else to support Apache on UnixWare.

Meanwhile, I will try to help the folks having problems building on UnixWare
2.x to figure things out.
