{{xml-specs-api}} should be updated with:
 # use dependency=true on stax2-api and update to stax2-api 4.2 (aligned with other camel features)
 # use woodstox-core instead of woodstox-core-asl and update to woodstox 6.2.4
 # update jaxb-runtime bundle to 2.3.2_1 to match CXF one
