null parameter on linux

I have a big problem with tomcat on linux:
I always get null parameters from HTTP GET requests in my JSP pages.
I use apache 1.3.9 + tomcat 3.0 + jdk 1.2.2. 
On NT , same configuration, same JSP pages, everything works fine.

Can anybody help me ?
