Constraints framework has been added to Cassandra as part of this commit:
https://github.com/apache/cassandra/commit/5cbf993d96749fa8994e48f3ff2cbd9843a0a0ef

Constraints provide a way of defining rules for the rows being written to Cassandra tables. Go driver needs support to be able to define and alter them.
