By the way, I just noticed a typo on the Tamaya website, where it says:
Features
Unified Configuration API
Pluggable Configuration Backends
Enforceable Configuration Policies
Configuration Validation and Documentation
Seemless Enterprise Integration

Should be spelled Seamless not seemless
