All test cases failed due to there is no #canBeSpeculated(long) method at inner class FakeTaskInProgress. Each case may call the #update() method in FairScheduler, using #canBeSpeculated(long) method in TaskInProgress if no override at FakeTaskInProgress.

It can be fixed like this:
class FakeTaskInProgress extends TaskInProgress {

//...
    public boolean canBeSpeculated(long time) {
    	return false;
    }
//...
}
