Re: [EXTERNAL] Release Manager for 3.0

Hey All,
Sorry for letting this lapse so long.  We have a couple volunteers, so I
will work with them to come up with a release manager.
I will also follow up, probably next week, on the 3.0 release so we can
start planning to cut the branch.
