[ANNOUNCE] Apache Traffic Server v9.0.0 is Released!

Apache Traffic Server v9.0.0 Released

The Apache Software Foundation and the Apache Traffic Server (ATS) project are pleased to announce the release of Apache Traffic Server v9.0.0! ATS is a high performance, scalable HTTP Intermediary and proxy cache. It is used by several large internet services, providing billions of users fast web site access and downloads.

This release is immediately available for download at:

	https://trafficserver.apache.org/downloads

When upgrading to 9.x from 8.x you will need to recompile user written plugins. Upgrading from previous releases should preserve the existing cache, and not require it to be cleared. There are however incompatible changes from previous major LTS release and 9.0.0, so please read both the “Upgrading to” and “What’s New” sections, see

	https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/9.0.x/release-notes/upgrading.en.html
	https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/9.0.x/release-notes/whats-new.en.html

For a list of all Issues and PRs resolved in the v9.0.0 release, see

A brief summary (changelog) of all fixes is also available at:
