[drlvm][testing] DRLVM Validation Test Suite

Hello,

I am glad to inform Community Members that DRLVM Validation Test Suite is
contributed on behalf of Intel:

The Test Suite is designed to verify correctness of Harmony's Java virtual
machine implementation. The suite contains about 4400 functional tests against
various parts of DRLVM including byte code execution, verifier, JNI and JVMTI
implementation. The bundle contains also ant-based build system, VMTT tool used
for the tests development and test harness.

The Test Suite is provided in form of stand-alone archive and is going to be
integrated into buildtest infrastructure as an independent test-suite.

Are there any plans to vote for  this code and commit it? Are there
any obstacles to do this?
