   Proof of concept for mxnet-lite. The idea is to include minimum functionalities necessary for deployment. Also use SymbolBlock instead of Executor for easier interface.
   
   Future works needed to complete this project includes
   - [ ] Android support for mxnet.
   - [ ] A cmake based minimum build that only includes source files necessary for deployment.
