Hi Paul,

The bug you mentioned (handling of attributes "xmlnsfoo") is fixed, in both 
Xerces-1 and Xerces-2.

I couldn't commit your whole file: I tried to diff you file with the current 
one in CVS, but there are too many changes. And it seems to me that most are 
just coding style changing, which makes it extremely hard to find out what you 
really changed.

If you feel that one of your changes is really essential, please submit a patch 
for it (cvs diff ...), and I'll be happy to commit it. Thx.
