    Resolution: Not a Problem

This was resolved in 1.5.1 and 1.6.0 when I made the monitor port-forwarding address advertised in ZooKeeper instead of being pulled from the monitor file.

> We provide a mechanism in the accumulo-env.sh which greps the monitor file and does other things and then takes the first result to use for the system to send logs to. Unfortunately the default settings we provide now have a new line after the apache header which is an incorrect example. We should either make this more robust against empty lines and/or make the examples correct.
