The old code used to prepend group node URI with "+" sign.  It is broken in 2.0
b1.  I filed a bug for
that(http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27560).

Is there any sample code to show how to use the new ACL-Draft-12 group stuff?
