   I've updated the PR to 
   1) Add taskMeta to ZK.
   2) Add an API to return all tasks for a table.
   
   Yet to add
   1) Retention on task ZNode
   2) Track status for single segment reload
   
   I was hoping to get the approach validated first, for all segments API. Once we are aligned on this, I'll update the PR to include changes for single segment reload.
