Not able to run the sample application

Hi ,
 
I was trying out the example of distributed osgi using cxf  which is
mentioned  in the link given below

But while accessing the link http://localhost:9000/DictionaryService?wsdl it
always says page cannot be displayed.  I tried changing the port nos but
still the same problem.
Checked the status of all the bundles and all of them shows the active
status.

Can anyone please help me on this ??
