### What happened and how to reproduce it?
When executing `airflow dags list --columns dag_id,fileloc,owners,is_paused --output json` alembic logs are included in the response:

I hoped that https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/65655 resolves the issue however it does not.
### What you think should happen instead?
I expect only `json` value to be returned without additional logs so it would be easily parseable.
