Can someone sanity check this Windows Phone change?
Been outstanding for a month and it's the only change left before we can
say that all of the JS plugin code is isolated from Cordova's core JS code.

I just need someone that has a windows device to run the mobile spec with
it.

Benn, can you quickly run mobile-spec on a windows device with the below
code and let us know if/how well it passes?
