[I] HTTP(S) Test Script Recorder shall support automatic configuration of proxy. [jmeter]

   ### Use case
   
   I think it is inconvenience to set proxy configuration every time when start and stop the HTTP(S) Test Script Recorder
   
   ### Possible solution
   
   All sorts of "Chinese" proxy software support configure the system proxy automatically. Therefore I believe it's a simple feature that can be done.
