For Windows, we support integration auth and sqlserver auth modes. The properties naming convention is not human readable and should be renamed both in Ambari Web and HDPWIN stack.

Example:
sink_existing_mssql_server_host, 
sink_existing_mssql_server_2_host, 
sink_existing_mssql_server_2_database, 
sink_existing_mssql_server_2_host
