I have some skills but no commit. And PR's are daunting for stuff like this.
Is there a reason why we allow www-site to be commit for all Apache Members but restrict comdev-site to comdev committers? Just asking.

If someone with more design chops than I could add the Apache logo to
the header of the page, we'll have all of the boxes ticket.
