Ok, here's a first cut at the new jUDDI.org site: http://juddi.org/staging/

Thanks to Dan for letting us steal from redfoot.sf.net :)  The green colour
I'm not crazy about so please submit suggestions.  Red is taken by redfoot,
dark blue by eikeon and purple by jtauber.  Although I suppose we could
always recycle if we had to.  Steve had a good suggestion about referencing
uddi.org and the specs, which I'll add over the next few days.  Any other
suggestions/comments?
