About half way down http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html it says:
You can see the list of repositories synchronized automatically for examples
And it links to https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/repository-tools/trunk/src/bin/synchronize/m2-sync/sync.csv
https currently does not appear to be working on svn.apache.org, so the link above does not work. However, if you change https to http, it works fine:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/repository-tools/trunk/src/bin/synchronize/m2-sync/sync.csv
It would probably be helpful if this link were updated.

I tested this link on 18 Jul 2008 at ~ 13:05, and it is working.
