[GitHub] beam pull request #2513: Move Triggers from sdk-core to runners-core-constru...

    Move Triggers from sdk-core to runners-core-construction

    Converting to/from Runner API is not the SDK API surface.

    I think this may break DataflowRunner, in which case I'll add back `@Deprecated Triggers`

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dhalperi/beam move-triggers

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/2513.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
