With the current log4j-cloud.xml all logs in the com.cloud namespace are logged
to the management server log. With the classes moving to the
org.apache.cloudstack namespace this category is not include DEBUG logs in the
default log4j. Up the level to DEBUG for org.apache.cloudstack by default
