The {{TargetScope}} within the generated MetadataDocument should equal to the values set within {{audienceUris}} of the {{fediz_config.xml}}.

According to the WS-Federation 1.2 standard [1] the {{TargetScope}} relates to the {{wtrealm}} which relates to the {{audienceUri}} of the SAML token.
