cactus tests

Hi all,
I am delving into writing Cactus tests for my Turbine 2/Velocity app and
have hit a wall. The first component I want to test is a Pull Tool that I
wrote (using Scarab as a model). I have been through and through the API,
but I cannot find a way to get a particular service from with Turbine once
it is running.

Anyone have suggestions? I know it's probably something I'm just
overlooking, but....
