[Axiom] Request to release axiom version 1.2.20 with bugfix for AXIOM-486

Hi,

when updating to axiom-api version 1.2.18 I ran into the same problem described in AXIOM-486<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIOM-486>
As I have no influence on the SOAP messages that have to be parsed, I am looking forward to a bugfix.
Is there any chance that the version 1.2.20 will get released soon?
