   I found this problem too.And I know how about it. I copy the broker-a.properties from web community.
   My rocketmq version is 4.7.0.And if I add the custom store dir in broker-a.properties .The broker can't start well.It will have the same problem .
   So I delete the custom store  dir ,It can start well.
   I will debug how the broker start for knowing the real reason which focus broker start fail.
