pysvn 1.1.0 for svn 1.1.1 released with binary kits

I'm please to announce pysvn 1.1.0.

New since 1.0.0 release:
* Full unicode support
* Simplified build - no longer dependent on svncpp
* Improved pythoness - function params can all be keyword or positional
* Fixed all reported bugs
