Currently, the doc link of zeppelin always has the version number. This is not convenient for other site that want to link to the zeppelin doc. It is a good practise to always has the latest version link for zeppelin.

e.g. Here's the latest version doc link for spark
http://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/
