The openddr/java code still has OpenDDR LLC license headers, they should be replaced by Apache headers.

We might create a CREDITS.txt file at the root of the source code tree, to mention the donation and for future similar contributions - similar to http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/branches/BRANCH_2_1_X/CREDITS.txt

I'll add the required setup to the pom so that "mvn -P rat rat:check" checks the license headers
