Each service page has the pull-down that lists service actions that can be done on a service. 

When a new service is added to a stack for which web-ui has no knowledge then this service action pull-down should appear on that service page and it should list the default service actions

Default supported service actions for non-clientonly services should be "stop", "start ", "Restart All", "Restart ${slave component name}", "Turn on maintenance mode"

For client only services "Refresh configs" should be displayed
