Jackrabbbit Oak and Java 11

Hi there,

so Java 11 GA is out, get it from <http://jdk.java.net/11/>.

Jackrabbit Oak trunk compiles and tests with Java 11 (but is still 
supposed to support Java 8).

The latest stable branch (1.8) does not yet - this is because we haven't 
decided yet about the best way to deal with the nullability annotation 
issue (see <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-7669> and chime in 
if you have preference).
