   I'm still figuring out the Windows build, but otherwise this is ready for review. I recommend reading the files in the following order:
   
    * rust/src/lib.rs
    * rust/src/error.rs
    * rust/src/interface.rs
    * rust/src/ffi.rs
    * rust/src/driver_manager.rs
    * rust/tests/test_driver_manager.rs
