[PR] Fixes #8445. Review and update mina-sftp native support for Camel 4.19 [camel-quarkus]

   Following the upstream Camel 4.19 refactoring (apache/camel#21950) which introduced camel-ftp-common module and restructured the FTP component dependencies, this commit updates the mina-sftp extension to properly handle the new dependency chain and ensure clean native compilation.
   
      Changes:
      - Remove quarkus-jsch dependency (mina-sftp uses Apache MINA SSHD, not JSch)
      - Remove commons-net dependency (only needed for FTP/FTPS, not mina-sftp)
      - Add comprehensive service filtering for FTP/FTPS/SFTP configurers to prevent
        GraalVM from analyzing commons-net classes
      - Add service filtering for dev-console, poll-dynamic, send-dynamic, and
        urifactory services from camel-ftp
      - Add GraalVM substitutions to delete FTP/FTPS/SFTP component and endpoint
        configurers from the native image
      - Remove runtime initialization for FtpEndpoint/FtpsEndpoint/SftpEndpoint
        as these classes are now fully filtered
      - Rename SftpFileSystemProviderSubstitution.java to MinaSftpSubstitutions.java
        following project naming conventions
      - Update comments to reflect new camel-ftp → camel-ftp-common structure
   
      This completes the commons-net cleanup mentioned in #8488.

   Nice work, unfortunatly there seems to still be some dependency to camel-ftp (and transitively to camel-jsch) in camel. I will look into it.

   Thanks for the update @gansheer .Now that Gaelle's changes are in the latest camel-main, I’m going to review the camel-quarkus-mina-sftp component against those updates. I'll push my changes to ensure everything is aligned.
