   **Describe the bug**
   1. UDF is not allowed
   UDF is created by user, and they belong to a certain Database. So the full qualified name of a UDF if `db_name.func_name()`. And user need to have `SELECT_PRIV` of this database to use the UDF. This is not a good implementation, cause Doris should has table-granularity privileges.
   And also in routine load job, it is not easy to check the privilege of accessing of UDF, so we simply forbid the usage of UDF in routine load job. This may will be allowed in feature.
   
   2. Function in `where` clause of load job
   Before analyzing the `where` clause, it should be rewrote to transform, eg, `BetweenPredicate` to `BinaryPredicate`, or analyzing will fail.
