[jira] [Created] (AIRAVATA-2917) Ansible: when host doesn't match a virtual host, httpd picks some virtual host

Marcus Christie created AIRAVATA-2917:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: Ansible: when host doesn't match a virtual host, httpd picks some virtual host
                 Key: AIRAVATA-2917
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-2917
             Project: Airavata
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Marcus Christie
            Assignee: Marcus Christie

We have this issue where if we have a host that is pointed to the web server but there is no matching virtual host configuration, then httpd just picks some virtual host to display. On the production scigap server, this ends up being the data.seagrid.org virtual host, for some reason.

Instead it should go to some sort of error page, maybe saying there is some misconfiguration or the site wasn't found.
