The redesign of the pegasus website

[Tao Wu <wu...@gmail.com>]

Hi everyone,

I've recently made a redesign of the pegasus website.
Take a look here: https://pegasus.apache.org/.

One major difference is the support of i18n.
Now you can click the "En" button on the top-right of the page
and switch to English version. Currently, most pages are still in
Chinese. The English counterparts are left blank, except a simple
line "TRANSLATING".
For example: https://pegasus.apache.org/en/docs/clients/java-client.

Another big change is the new, responsive "docs" layout.
See here: https://pegasus.apache.org/docs/.
It's a cleaner, more beautiful layout that helps readers to concentrate
on the content. Hope you will like it.

Regards
Tao Wu
