Taking responsibility for log4net?

Hello all,

On [1] both Roy T. Fielding and Noel J. Bergman have asked whether the 
Logging Services PMC would accept responsibility for log4net.  I have 
expressed my opinions in my response to Noel. What is *your* take on Noel's 
question?
