You should have git and svn access

A test for SVN is being add yourself to:
https://jena.apache.org/about_jena/team.html

The Jena site is at

  https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jena/site/trunk

And you are now enabled for Jenkins and project JIRA access.

If there is anything else, just email.
