Multiple outputs now supported in trunk. Warning: Schema change!

Hi folks,


I've committed the framework and test code changes that support multiple
output connections in trunk.  The final connection tab UI is not ideal but
it is functional.  Please give this a try (especially Zaizi, who requested
the feature).
