Appearance of locale string in front-end

Hello list,

When I change default locale string of a store in catalog then it doesn't reflect instantly in my front-end, but when I clear cache and cookie then it shows. I tried on demo, same thing happens. I am using 10.04. Is there any way to avoid cache and cookie clearance manually so that my changed locale can appear in front-end instantly.
