    Resolution: Fixed

Sorry, my mistake. XmiCasFileOpenHandler has been refactored, and I was looking at an old version.

> When loading a CAS, the CVD uses an XmiCasHandler that is non-lenient. Is there a reason for this? When running in a processing chain, an annotator can handle a CAS that contains types it doesn't know about. Seems to me it should be able to do the same when running in the CVD.
