Hi there,

Apache NetBeans 10 and 11 are bundled with Apache Maven 3.3.6. This version was released in November 2015. 

The most recent version of Apache Maven is 3.6.0 released in Oktober 2018.

Not sure how complex it is to add a more recent version of Maven in NetBeans, but it would definitely benefit many projects.
