weblogic includes their own version of ant.bat and probably ant tasks in some jar. 
1 .Make sure weblogic is not on the classpath (better yet, rename their ant.bat). 

2. you shouldnt be putting anything in CLASSPATH, it only causes problems.

3. if you insist, run ant -noclasspath to tell ant to ignore it.
